When embarking on your bike tours, prioritizing adequate hydration is paramount. We strongly recommend consuming a minimum of one 600 ml bottle of water per hour. While water alone may suffice for more leisurely tours, we highly encourage supplementing your hydration with natural mineral salts, particularly for road bike programs. Dehydration not only impairs your performance during the tour but also poses potential health risks.

Our knowledgeable guides are dedicated to ensuring that you lack nothing, be it in terms of proper hydration or food/supplementation.
