This site is for the personal and non-commercial use of the user. Therefore, copying, distributing, altering, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, publishing, transferring, or selling any information, products, or services obtained through it is expressly prohibited. Under no circumstances can the agency be held liable for any damage resulting from or in any way related to the use of the site. The agency does not guarantee that its web pages will be free from errors or other difficulties. The agency reserves the right to manipulate, without prior notice and for any reason, any information present on the site. The user is responsible for reviewing the content whenever consulting or booking trips through it. Continued use of the site after any changes made will be considered as acceptance of those changes.

Organization

The technical organization of the trips included on this site is the sole responsibility of the duly identified Tour Operators and Atelier de Viagens by Osiris – RNAVT: 2350.

Registrations

At the time of registration, the client must deposit 40% of the trip price, settling the remaining 60% up to 30 days before departure, unless the program has another condition. If registration takes place 30 days or less before the departure date, the total price of the trip must be paid at the time of registration, and this is subject to obtaining confirmation from suppliers for all travel services and confirmation of the final price.
Atelier de Viagens by Osiris reserves the right to cancel any registration whose payment has not been made under the conditions mentioned above.

Reservation Fees

For each reservation, a non-refundable service fee of €10 will be charged.

Changes

Will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, always considering legal penalties and possible changes in the final price. If it is not possible to make the change, the client will be subject to the expenses and charges provided for under the “Cancellations” section.

Transfer of Registration

The client may transfer their registration, substituting themselves with another person who meets all the required conditions for the respective trip, provided they inform the selling agency at least 21 days in advance and on the condition that the airline or other suppliers accept the name change (Change Name). The transfer of registration makes both the transferor and the transferee jointly responsible for payment of the trip price and any additional charges incurred.

Baggage

1. The client is obliged to file a complaint with the service provider at the time of loss, deterioration, or destruction of baggage.

2. In international transport, in the event of damage to baggage, the complaint must be made in writing to the carrier immediately after the damage is discovered, and at the latest within 7 days from its delivery.
In the case of mere delay in the delivery of baggage, the complaint must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery.

3. The submission of such a complaint will be an essential basis for the agency to take action against the service provider.

4. The agency’s liability will be limited to the maximum amount claimable from the service providers, under the terms of the Montreal Convention of May 28, 1999, on International Air Transport.

Changes

Whenever there are justified reasons beyond its control, the organizing agency may change the order of the routes, modify departure times, or substitute any of the planned hotels with others of similar category. If unforeseen circumstances force the suspension of any trips, clients will always be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.

Price Changes

The prices listed in the program are based on the costs of services and exchange rates in effect at the date of printing of this program, and are therefore subject to change resulting from variations in the cost of transportation or fuel, duties, taxes, fees, and exchange rate fluctuations. Whenever there is a change in the price of the trip, the client will be immediately informed and invited, within the period specified, to accept the verified increase or to cancel their registration under the same terms and conditions as those set out in the section “Impossibility of Fulfillment.”

Refunds

Once the trip has started, no refund is due for services not used by the client. The non-provision of services included in the travel program for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency, and if it is not possible to replace them with equivalent services, entitles the client to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of the planned services and those actually provided.

Complaints

Only those submitted in writing and within a period not exceeding 20 days after the end of the service provision will be considered. They will only be accepted if they have been reported to the service providers (carriers, hotels, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay, requiring from them the respective supporting documents of the occurrence.

Program Cancellations by the Agency

The agency reserves the right to cancel the organized trip if the number of participants is less than the required minimum. In such cases, the client will be informed in writing of the cancellation at least 8 days in advance, and in this case, the agency will not be liable for any civil responsibility for the termination.

Documentation

The client must have all their personal or family documentation in good order (passports, identity cards, authorizations for minors, visas, vaccination certificates, and any others that may be required). Birth certificates or birth records are not valid as travel documents. The organizing agency declines any responsibility for the refusal of visa issuance or the denial of entry to the client in a foreign country; in such cases, the conditions established for trip cancellation apply, and any and all costs arising from the situation are the responsibility of the client. For travel within the European Union, clients must carry the respective European Health Insurance Card to obtain medical assistance.

Travel documents

The issuance of travel documents (plane tickets and vouchers) is subject to the contractual conditions of group travel, so they cannot be issued far in advance of the departure date. In exceptional circumstances imposed by suppliers, issuance may have to be brought forward.

Bus seats

During the tour, bus seats will be occupied on a rotating basis each day.

Included meals

Included meals, whether in restaurants or hotels, will be served to the group at a fixed time and with the same menu for all participants, with no changes allowed.

Triple rooms

Most of the hotels in this brochure do not have triple rooms. When hotels accept accommodation for 3 people in the same room, it will be in a double room with an extra bed, which may not be identical in quality and comfort.

Arrival and departure times

The arrival and departure times in each city are indicated in the local time of the respective country and according to the schedules provided by the transport companies at the time of printing this program, and are therefore subject to change. On trips made wholly or partially by coach, the indicated times are approximate. In all means of transport, delays resulting from technical reasons or others related either to the means of transport themselves, or to the transport companies, or even due to natural causes, are excepted.

Cancellations

A todo o momento o passageiro poderá desistir da viagem mediante comunicação escrita, tendo direito à devolução das quantias pagas deduzidas dos seguintes gastos;

1- Management expenses, these are the expenses that the organizing agency and the selling agency have incurred to obtain the travel reservations and also a percentage that can go up to 15% of the price of the trip (minimum €25.00 per passenger).

2- Gastos de anulação, são os gastos não reembolsáveis por parte dos hotéis, transportes terrestres e visitas acompanhadas.

3- Expenses with airline tickets when they are subject to specific conditions and cannot be refunded after being issued.

VAT

The prices mentioned already include the value-added tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Aviation fees

The amounts for airport, security, and fuel fees presented in this brochure were calculated at the date of printing. Due to constant changes, these amounts are subject to price confirmation at the time of ticket issuance.
